By downloading, installing, or using the Glo mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Glo Team ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 17 years of age to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
To access certain features, you may need to create an account providing your Name, Username, and Email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
Glo is a color recognition tool that uses your device's camera to analyze and identify colors. While we strive for accuracy, color detection depends on lighting conditions and device hardware.

The App and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Glo Team and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy of color recognition, reliability, or availability of the App. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Glo Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall be determined by binding arbitration, rather than in court.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the principal place of business of the Glo Team, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
